Items must be in the exact condition in which you received them, without any signs of wear, modifications, or misuse. Used, incomplete, or damaged items will not be accepted for return. All items must be in a condition such that they could be sold as new.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, for all returns and exchanges. We will not be able to process your return or exchange without proof of purchase.

  • Return Authorization: All returns must receive prior authorization. You must contact our customer support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • Personalized or Custom Items: Products that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-ordered to your specific requirements are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or an error on our part. This includes all custom or special orders.

    • Clearance Items: Products purchased on clearance, as-is, or final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

    • Consumable Items: Consumable items, such as cleaning supplies, or other products that are intended to be consumed are not eligible for returns unless they are defective and have not been opened.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. Failure to notify us within 7 days will be taken as acceptance of goods as they arrived.

  • Used or Open Box items: Items that are purchased used or sold as open box are not covered under this return and refund policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective products or errors on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.

  5. Return Processing: Once we receive your return package, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be contacted as soon as your return has been processed.

Refund Options
